This Cookie Policy explains how GeekifyUK uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep accounts signed in, protect the service, remember necessary preferences and support payments.

GeekifyUK currently uses or may use essential browser storage for functions required to provide the website and account experience.
We do not currently use cookies for behavioural advertising or third-party advertising profiles.
Some cookies or similar storage are necessary for GeekifyUK to provide features you request. This can include authentication information used by our account infrastructure and security-related information required to operate the service.

GeekifyUK uses Supabase for parts of its account, authentication and data infrastructure. Authentication technology may use browser storage to maintain your session securely.
GeekifyUK itself is not an adults-only website. Certain designated sets or areas may, however, be restricted to users aged 18 or over because they contain mature content.
When you first attempt to access designated 18+ content, GeekifyUK may ask for your date of birth to determine whether you meet the age requirement.
After successful verification, we may remember an account-linked or browser-linked verification status so that you do not need to repeat the age check every time you access eligible content.
Where technically practical, our intention is to retain the fact that the age check was successfully completed rather than unnecessarily retaining the full date of birth. Our Privacy Policy provides more information about personal-data handling.
GeekifyUK uses Stripe to process payments. When you enter the payment or checkout process, Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies for payment processing, fraud prevention, security and other functions necessary to provide its services.
These technologies are operated in connection with Stripe's services and may be subject to Stripe's own privacy and cookie information.
GeekifyUK does not need to receive or store your full payment-card details simply in order for Stripe to process a card payment.
At the date of this policy, GeekifyUK does not knowingly use third-party advertising pixels or behavioural advertising trackers such as Meta Pixel, and we are not currently operating a dedicated third-party analytics setup such as Google Analytics.
No dedicated advertising or behavioural analytics tracking is currently configured by GeekifyUK.
If we introduce optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookie technologies in future, we will update this policy and implement any consent choices required by applicable UK law before using those technologies where consent is required.
You can usually control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view stored cookies, remove them, block particular websites or block cookies more generally.
Blocking essential cookies or storage can affect GeekifyUK functionality. You may be signed out or unable to use features that depend on authentication, checkout or secure session information.
Because GeekifyUK does not currently deploy optional advertising or dedicated behavioural analytics cookies, there may be no separate GeekifyUK advertising-cookie preference to manage at present.
If our use of non-essential cookies changes, we will provide appropriate controls where required.
GeekifyUK may update this Cookie Policy when our website, providers or use of browser technologies changes.
In particular, we will review this page if we introduce analytics, advertising technology, a different payment provider, new authentication functionality or another service that materially changes how cookies are used.
